• Yes, but it doesn't have a blue-ray player installed as an Optical drive. I'm sure you already know that though.

• Yes. Adding a USB 3.0 external Bluray drive will be no problem with this system. You can also replace the internal ASUS SATA DVD drive with an ASUS Bluray drive that has the eject button in the same spot to save some money and reduce clutter.
