- Answer Yes, you can. All you have to do is make sure the pc has been fully updated then you can access the free 8.1 update via the store app on the start menu.

- Answer Hi. The included motherboard is a stripped down ASUS F2A55-M. They have removed the legacy PCI slot and 2 SATA ports, so it only has 4 SATA ports and PCI-E x16, x4, and x1 slots. Because of these changes, the BIOS/firmware is different that the standalone board. The PC certainly has a lot of upgrade potential. Hope that helps.

- Answer The Asus-provided power supply is standard ATX. So any ATX 2.2/2.3 or later spec power supply from any number of electronics retailers will fit and work just fine. Make sure to get 80+/EPA certified to keep your power bill down. Brand names are less important than the components used inside the power supply. Generally, the heavier the supply at same wattage rating, the better the quality of the components. You can probably skip modular cables, LED lights and frills like that since this isn't a gamer (poseur) case. But its a good bet to get one that has a 120mm fan as opposed to 80mm to cut down on noise.

- Answer Yes, that shouldn't be a problem. It found my Netgear router with no problem and Windows 8 makes it very easy.

QuestionDual MonitorsWill this computer support dual monitors with the purchase of a dvi splitter cable?

- Answer The Motherboard has 3 monitor connectors: VGA 15-pin D-sub, DVI-D, and HDMI. No DVI splitter cable is needed to run 2 monitors. I am using two old DVI monitors with one HDMI->DVI adapter. If you need adapters, I recommend getting the long ones with ~3" of cabling in between the ends rather than the short ones since fitting all the connectors can be rather difficult with the close spacing.

- Answer APU (Accelerated Processing Unit) AMD A-10 6700 Radeon HD 8670D 3.7ghz Quad-Core So yes, it has 4 cores each running at maximum of 3.7ghz. I should note that the APU in this specific model isn't capable of being manually over-clocked. There is an option with a few settings that let you set it to pre-defined over-clocked settings. Though, they are nothing like if you were able to do it yourself. Very safe though so its all good.

Questionwhat graphics card could i buy to put directly in the system?I do mostly gaming on my pc and was going to get a proper graphics card to boost my speed etc. can anyone point me in the direction of a good graphics card i can use for this pc? thanks.

- Answer The Radeon R7 250 is the best candidate if you want to keep your current power supply. More powerful Radeon R7 or R9 cards or using 2 cards in Crossfire mode will require upgrading the power supply to 400+ watts. The good thing is, it is very easy and relatively inexpensive to upgrade the power supply since this system uses all industry standard parts unlike Dell, for example.

- Answer I bought the xfx r9 270x And the EVGA 600B for my m11 and they run perfect and any game at max settings. The r9 is 250 but they will price match with new egg who has it for 229 and the psu is only 60

- Answer I've never played that particular game but there are several videos of people with this computer on youtube playing battlefield 4 mind you they are on pretty low settings an running low FRAPS (Frames Per Second). I've been told that this computer can't play DayZ but those are just speculations. My best guess is that it probably can on the lowest possible settings. Though even if a computer can run a game with intensive graphics at lowest settings it's not best to do so. It adds extra wear on your machine. Think of it as a car that can only go up to 80. Sure you can go down the interstate up to 80 mph but if you do it for several hours, chances are your car will blow up. So my suggestion is that this computer is well worth the money an can play most average games on highest settings no problem (eg. Sims 3 type games) but you could easily save up $100-$200 an drop in a nice top of the line graphics card an play any game you want. So its up to you. I own this particular machine an its great for the money. The hardware inside is nearly worth more than what you pay for it. The APU alone is $150.00 & the motherboard is right at $120.00. That alone is over half what you pay. Consider you are getting an Operating system worth over a $100 an the Ram is around $60. Add in the fact that you are also getting a wireless networking card pre-installed an that they did the labor putting it together an you will see its a great machine for the price an with a few extra dollars you can be in the mid-high range of computer gaming without breaking the bank.

- Answer I think the answer from Asus is describing a different PC. In my M11BB-B06 machine there are 3x3.5" drive bays (1 populated with the 1TB HDD and 2 empty) There are 2x5.25" drive bays - 1 is populated with the DVD and the other with the memory card reader.

- Answer Yes this system will run BF4 just fine, however in order to run at high resolution/quality settings, you'll need a more advanced discrete graphics card. The Radeon R7 250 is a good candidate if you want to keep the existing power supply. Otherwise, a new 400watt+ power supply combined with a Radeon R9 board is a better bet. Upgrading the existing 8GB/1600MHz RAM to 16GB/1866Mhz or 16GB/2133MHz may yield somewhat better performance, but isn't the best bang for the buck compared to a discrete GPU so I don't recommend it.
