Yes this system will run BF4 just fine, however in order to run at high resolution/quality settings, you'll need a more advanced discrete graphics card. The Radeon R7 250 is a good candidate if you want to keep the existing power supply. Otherwise, a new 400watt+ power supply combined with a Radeon R9 board is a better bet. Upgrading the existing 8GB/1600MHz RAM to 16GB/1866Mhz or 16GB/2133MHz may yield somewhat better performance, but isn't the best bang for the buck compared to a discrete GPU so I don't recommend it.

I'd recommend another computer for that type of gaming or buy this one an purchase a GPU (Graphics Card) once you save up some more money. You can get a top of the line one for around $150-$225 an you will be set than.
