• Do a scan for fixing the Wi-Fi connector. Go to trouble shoot abs fix it, it'll turn back on. I had the same problem but now it's working perfect!

• Call the asus 800 number. They will help you find the issue. I had to disable the driver and then reboot, but you should call them and have them walk you through it.

• Please verify if the WIFI device on the desktop was enabled and configured correctly.
