Can this monitor run 120 FPS on ps5 null

Yes , this monitor has a refresh rate of 144hz which allows up to 144fps but since the ps5 is capped at 120 it will allow 120 FPS on the ps5.

I'm not really sure what the PlayStation specs are, I would not expect anywhere though near the performance of a gaming computer, as an extremely low end gaming computer. If I'm correct the PlayStation is set to 60 frames only.
