I mean why would you want to do that? The difference in performance is less than 5% you get maybe 3-5 fps difference from the RTX 2080 to the RTX 2080S and only about 10-15 fps difference from the 2080 to the 2080 Ti on benchmarks I've seen on certain games, not worth the extra money tbh for less than a 20% performance increase.
