“Will this work for my PS4...im trying to extend my WiFi connection. And if so how do I set this up ?”

It requires installation of drivers via CD. I seriously doubt it is plug-and-play compatible with a PS4, and also seriously doubt it will represent a significant range extension over the PS4's internal wireless antenna.
