“Does anyone have experience using this to access electronic medical record system and/or remote desktop?”

• I've used these in our Hospice for VPN access to local resources. I've been very happy with their power for the price. They should be able to handle use in EMR systems and RDP sessions. They run office and other programs with ease too. They're still budget systems but I've had good results with staff in the field.
