“Do you repair Asus tablets at your store in Medford, Oregon? I have a Asus tablet #TF300T and have had problems with the power cord. Just ordered my second one yesterday. Also the port where the power cord goes looks cracked around the front. Do you repair Asus at your store or do you have to send it out for repair? Thanks”

• Yes, please send it out to ASUS. They use and make there own parts for there electronics. Its like having a Mercedes Benz, you do all maintenance and repairs at the dealer ship of Mercedes Benz. You would not send it to Cadillac to repair it. There is a big difference from American cars, to German cars. ASUS built it, so they know how, and have parts to fix it.
