The 4060TI card takes every centimeter of a full sized case and the width of two PCI slots. The height is maximum also. 3 if you count needed air space for the fans. Check you case measurements carefully. 400watt is on the very low side, I believe 600watts is recommended. Have been using standard Diffusion App, Cards run cool and quiet, render performance with HD photos has been under 90 seconds.
