Hello. It’s daily easy. Watching a short YouTube video can help a lot. If you want to be charged more money though I believe the Best Buy geek squad can install it. Just know it’s easy and takes less than a few mins to install. The old drivers for his current card should be uninstalled with a program called DDU uninstaller first and then remove the old card. Put the new one in and install the new drivers for the new card. This avoids any possible weird conflicts between the old cards software and the new cards. YouTube is your friend for both the physical and the software removal and install
