“The Best Buy specs say it has 6GB DDR4 SDRAM (2133 Mhz) but the ASUS site (which points to the Best Buy Q304UA-BH15T11) says 6GB DDR3L SDRAM (1600 Mhz). Is the ASUS site incorrect (perhaps referring to an earlier model)?”

ddr4 ram 2133 Mhz not ddr3, the ddr3 was from the old i756200u version of this laptop, the new one has ddr4
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Have them pull out the box. Ours from 11/26/16 is DDR4, 7th gen intel i5 and intel 620 video memory onboard. Specs on box and on laptop have been updated as of Aug 2016. Website may be a little behind and specs on Best Buy aren't correct either. Look at outside of box. The Best Buy rep can pull it out and go over with you
