Aside from the hard drive crashing also within a week i had no issues with it. It's really quick and works wonderfully. I'm an IT consultant and run Oracle and C++ and other programs on it. I'm sure it's because it was because it was open box. If you can take it to the Geek Squad and have them look at it. I would also look in the Programs folder and see what is installed on it. Another option is when it starts, do a ctrl-alt-delete to see the take manager. That way you can see what programs are running at start up.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I found the hard drive way too slow. I replaced the mechanical HD with a SSD and the computer works fine. The performance test is now ok but not good enough for demanding games.
