Contact Support via chat. They may be able to help by sending you a set of updated drivers or you may have turned the touch pad in settings off. If the chat session doesn't help and you are past the return policy of the store, you are still in the warranty period and ask for an RMA number to send the system back to ASUS. Make sure you remove your software, anti-virus licenses and personal data as they may re-image the drive so the system is factory fresh. I accidentally deleted a driver for my keyboard on an older ASUS system and ultimately ended sending the system to the Service Center. They re-imaged the drive and set everything to work as if the system came out of the box. However there is always the possibility you have a bad touch pad. If you are past the store return policy send it to ASUS directly but again you need to get an RMA # and also do not send accessories and do not ship it in its original box per ASUS instructions.
