• What's there to solve? It's a fan. It does its job to cool down the laptop. I do agree it flips on quite often, but the noise is easily ignored or drowned out with music / videos / games. Compared to the Razer Blade Stealth and Dell XPS 13, this is nothing! :)

• All through the reading of reviews about the ASUS, people had made comments about the "loud fan". I have had my ASUS for over a month and never even knew it had a fan since it hasn't made any noises. If your machine is making loud fan noises, I would suggest you take it to the Geeks, because your machine may have a problem.
