Those programs do not come with the laptop they are sold separately however BB does give you $20 when you buy office with a new laptop. Honestly, if you have a .edu email address, your school might give it to students for free.

Many schools now will provide their active students with a free subscription of Office 365. Otherwise, you can either subscribe to Office 365 for $70-$100 a year, or buy a single computer permanent license of Office 2016 Home and Student for $150.
