Can the RAM be upgraded to 16gb? null

It says so in the specs, you will need to replace the existing 4GB DDR4 with 8GB.

I do believe so- I know I did look into that as well. There are 2 8gb slots. The computer came with an 8 and a 4, if I remember correctly, so you could replace the 4 if you wanted to.

No, only up to 12GB.
