“I want to upgrade the RAM from the original 12 to maximum capacity. Crucial scan says I can upgrade to 24, so I assume I would replace the 4gb stick with a 16 stick. BUT Asus now tells me it is already maxed at 12! Does anyone have a definitive answer???”
