It uses Microsoft Pen Protocol so it will work with any MPP pen, such as the Surface Pen, HP MPP pen, or Wacom Bamboo Ink Plus, but the palm rejection is horrendous. Writing with your palm on the screen will make the notification center, onscreen keyboard, and other stuff pop up several times per minute. In my experience, this seems to happen with any MPP pen. Also, this happens even with the "Ignore touch input when I'm using my pen" option enabled in Windows settings.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've been using the Bamboo stylus now for a few weeks. The palm rejection is a little finicky but is definitely usable. I have yet to experience a truly pen/paper feel due to small glitches and rendering issues with laptops but find this to be sufficient for taking notes while also having a powerful laptop.
