“I have not been able to get any triple-monitor dock to work with this laptop. Does anyone know of one that works? I got one that isn't stated to be thunderbolt-3, but it works on my laptop that does have TB3, but not this one.”

• To setup 3 monitors, the monitor needs to be connected to the HDMI and two Type C USB 3.2 Gen 2 ports. The laptop doesn't support Thunderbolt.
