This is totally dependent on the use. I learned not to trust whatever numbers are out there because they mean nothing. All I can say is that Linux (which is what I installed and use on this machine) seems to have shorter battery life than Windows. It makes sense since drivers are optimized for Windows. On Linux I get around 3 to 4 hours with screen half brightness and dGPU turned off and doing semi light development work (coding, occasional code execution, etc.). Not that great, but fine for my needs. The numbers I see for this machine seem a bit too optimistic in general.
