A:AnswerTechnically no. The laptop has 2 removable 8gb ram sticks. If you remove one and add 16gb then you’re left with 24gb. If you buy 2 new 16gb sticks then you can make 32 though. I personally bought two 32GB sticks and it runs perfect with 64GB of RAM.
A:AnswerYes it does, its not as efficient as the actual charger and make sure your actual usb c plug has high volt or else it will charge very slow to none to keep up with the energy demands of the laptop
