When I was looking at this, it indicated that it was 24g RAM. So, that's what I expected and what I got.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You are correct. I bought it and the website said 32gb ram. Then I get the box opened and turned on and sure enough it's only got 24. I had to speak to a couple of different managers but finally proved my point that hey I bought this with 32 so I want either 32 installed or a different laptop. They popped the hood and threw in another 8gb to bring it up to 32. The issue you might have now is that the website has changed, probably due to me. They said they were going to have to send this up the flag pole and quickly fix the incorrect site posting.
