• Yes. With 16GB of ram, and 4GB of GTX 970.. this is enough. It is also a quad core i7.

• I installed and used Autodesk Revit and Navisworks on it and it worked great. I had the same software on a laptop and there is no comparison. I was hesitant at first because I'm not a gamer, but the extra RAM and graphics card translate well for the programs you mentioned.
