“Is it possible to turn off the bright lights on the front of the PC for night time?”

• It's setup to go into sleep mode after x amount of time of not in use. Or you can sleep it yourself. The lights all turn off in sleep mode aside from the power button flashing. Which itself turns off eventually while in sleep mode.
