• The 980 is already released...Along with the Titan and Titan X. The X is the top of the line as far as I am concerned. Yes you can use ssd drives as well.

• that's what i wanted originally. i tried to have a gtx 980 ti installed, but the geek squad said the power supply wasn't strong enough, but i'm just as happy with the gtx 970.
