They likely don't want to sell many of these as it's half the price of the 4070 model. Even though the 4070 is gimped beyond recognition, they are likely limiting supply of this, to steer folks towards that model. Judging by how that's always in stock - it doesn't appear to be working. I know I'm not paying double for that.
