Is there an eta on the availability of this? null

B&H has preorders set for tomorrow, February 18th which is one week less than the original February 25th. I would suspect Best Buy to have a similar preorder date. The Ally X's preorders were ~2 weeks out on Best Buy if I remember correctly, so early March release date is what I'd expect.

Three are available for pre-order on Asus website. I guess BestBuy will be today or tomorrow

based on what I saw online, 25th of Feb is when embargo lifts, having said that, not sure when, the 390 max model is already on sale in the UK so we are close
