As an average user that sometimes games and sometimes uses GIS software (which requires decent CPU power), this device absolutely slaughters everything I can throw at it. First off, the form factor for me is fairly perfect. It can fit into fairly small bags and has an extremely color accurate screen, with the 180 hz refresh rate it's extremely smooth. The CPU heavy tasks I throw at it are nothing, its as if the PC hums along without thinking, even on battery. I did spend some time allocating VRAM and understanding undervolting and things of that sort, which I know improves performance. As far as gaming, I havent found a game this thing can't run at good settings. I am always plugged in when gaming, since the one time I did game while on battery, it lasted about an hour. I think this thing works best on battery. Battery life does last quite a while on general tasks, I would say about 5 to 6 hours, but then on heavy tasks, I would just plug in because this thing will eat up your power. I think overall, this is a great machine, and definitely can fill multiple roles for many different people, but I would absolutely recommend it for pretty much anyone, because it should last you quite a while, and it's compact enough that you wont feel as though youre lugging around a gaming laptop.

After upgrading from my Surface Pro 8 to the Asus ROG Flow Z13 3025, I couldn’t be happier. This device is everything I wanted in a gaming tablet PC—powerful, portable, and versatile—and it has completely exceeded my expectations. Performance & Gaming This machine handles everything I throw at it, from AAA gaming to productivity tasks, with ease. The combination of high-end specs and ROG’s cooling system ensures smooth gameplay without thermal throttling issues. Unlike the Surface Pro, I can now game on the go without taking another device. Portability & Build Quality Despite being a gaming PC, the Z13 remains thin, lightweight, and easy to carry—perfect for travel or work on the go. It keeps the flexibility of a tablet while packing serious performance, which makes it a dream device for Surface Pro users who want more power. Battery Life Battery life is the only weak point, but compared to other gaming laptops, it holds up just fine. My ROG Ally USB-C charger works perfectly with it, making quick top-ups easy. If you’re planning to use it away from an outlet for extended gaming sessions, a power bank or charger is a must. Availability & Price The biggest issue? Finding one! These things are never in stock. I got extremely lucky, checking the app during an early morning phone call, and managed to grab one. As for the price, some might complain, but when you compare it to a Surface Pro with 32GB RAM and 1TB SSD, it’s in the same range—except with way more gaming power. I am thoroughly impressed with the ASUS ROG Flow Z13. Transitioning from a traditional laptop to this 2-in-1 has been a game-changer for my workflow and gaming sessions. The 2.5K 180Hz display is incredibly sharp and fluid, making both creative work and high-refresh gaming look stunning. What really sets this apart is the AMD Ryzen AI Max+ processor; it handles heavy multitasking and AI-driven tasks without breaking a sweat. Despite its slim profile, the thermal management is surprisingly effective. If you need a Copilot+ PC that doesn't compromise on raw performance or portability, this is the gold standard.

I cannot say enough, beautiful screen quality and 180hz refresh rate is so, so good. For productivity, video editing and gaming, this can do it all and with the ability to dynamically assign the RAM to the video card?? Cant wait to see what is next. I havent found an application that this machine cannot handle and so portable to boot. Worth every penny imo.

I’ve been using the ROG Flow Z13 for both gaming and everyday tasks, and it’s definitely impressive on the performance front. The 2.5K touchscreen is vibrant and detailed, though I really wish it had an OLED display. When it comes to productivity, the 1TB SSD is nice, but at this price I would have expected even more storage. However, the biggest drawbacks are the battery life, which drains quickly when not plugged in, and the high price tag. If you’re looking for a powerful, compact gaming laptop with a responsive display and fast performance, this device is an excellent choice.

Love this product. First thing I did is blow windows away with openSuse tumbleweed. It is impossible to get to the BIOS as shipped. If you want to upgrade to Linux you have to do it via advanced windows settings. Major pain. Additionally, if your router requires a MAC for wi-fi get that before blowing windows away because it is not documented on the case. The specs are misleading because there is no expansion slot (it's used for basic storage as the specs indicate) -- only the card reader.

Love how powerful and versatile this is. Also I love that the exhaust is at the top. I play games on it everyday

so far this device has been great. I had read alot about the device and the chip that it has before purchasing and i have to tell you it is amazing and i am loving using it. I have noticed a couple of bugs here and there and im sure it will be fixed through updates over time. Sometimes i will get less performance on a game putting 24 gb on the igpu vs 16. And when i am working or homework i will notice the device draining fast and i already have power saver on, I will turn it off and back on simple click and out of nowhere the fast drain of the device stops and it drains alot slower. really weird. I love the size the screen quality and build quality though.

I’ve been using the Asus ROG Flow Z13 for a while now, and honestly, it blows me away every time. It’s crazy how something this light and portable can pack so much power. I can throw it in my backpack without even noticing the weight, but when I sit down to work (or game), it runs like a full-size laptop.

Nothing about this product feels cheap. Solid build quality. Runs any game i throw at it. Stable fps and quiet fans. Every handheld ive had i have to lower graphics to get a stable 70 fps and on a small 8 inch screen you cant see players in competitive shooters. Screen is a perfect size. 120fps on fortnite with epic setting on drop in. 150-160 fps after landing. Inside buildings up to 180fps. I havent even had to tune anything since ive unboxed it and im not even running turbo yet. Yea its expensive, but your getting a 2 in 1 machine with a metal housing. Not plastic. The only mode im doing is a screen protector looking forward to more demanding games on the go.

I was looking for a laptop that was easier to bring around as I’ve started teaching. The laptop has the strength needed for my projects and this fit what exactly what I needed.

Fast, powerful, and portable. A great purchase. Asus never disspaoints.

This device exceeds all expectations. Only downside is it runs hot after extended use. Great frame rates on most AAA games

It's marginally larger than my 12.2" chromebook but is much better equipped to handle gaming. I'm impressed how much power this device packs for its size. My main reason for purchase is for portability in gaming and photo editing.

Amazing piece of equipment, a beast when it comes to just about anything. Gaming on it is fluent and good for it being a tablet. Ran games like battlefield(Redsec), where winds meet and it ran great!

Over the road driver and was able to buy one in Dayton, OH as an open box. Been absolutely fantastic with everything I’ve wanted it for. With all the new windows features I’m able to set it up on my dash as a navigation device as well as use it in the sleeper when getting loaded or unloaded.

I love it , this thing is a beast. My only only regret is not waiting for the 64 gb ver to become avaliable , for extra 100 is a great deal for future proof reinsurance
