• no and yes, amd is unable to get the intel/apple thunderbolt 4 spec, and usb 4 gen 2 is better anyways, and it should work with any usbc gpu dock

• yes, multiple youtubers have shown this device with an external gpu (egpu). One even connected a 5090 to it LOL. but to be honest the integrated graphics on this thing is amazing... which is the whole hype about this tablet in the first place so I doubt you will need an egpu even when connecting to external display.
