I also ended up going with amazon, it did show a delivery date of mid May but it already shipped and should be here tomorrow!! Note - its the 32GB version and not the 64GB Best Buy exclusive, I ended up getting a 2TB drive as well.

I think demand is high and they have not switched to manufacturing the 64 mem. model. T I like this style of laptop for writing notes using HCR.
