• You have to remove the whole back panel. Not difficult but you will need a screwdriver and a guitar pic. There are videos online on how to do it. Debating 16 or 32 gb of ram. Running good so far on 8gb.

• I easily upgraded to 32 GB. Don't waste your time with anything less. The back cover is made out of cheap plastic and not designed to be taken off and put back more than once.

• You have to remove the back panel. Just make a diagram and keep track of which screws come out of which location (some are different). You can download the Upgrade Guide from the ASUS website to show you what to do.
