not helpful at all. There is no "online" phone number and Chat with Us takes you to self-service. I'm tired of trying to figure out myself why my 5 month old laptop has been nothing but problems (yes, the keyboard also keeps randomly going out), It was sent to Asus at 3 months. They could not replicate the issue and sent it right back as is. So now 5 months in, i have a randomly working keyboard and worthless speakers. I was super excited to buy an Asus Gaming Laptop and it has by far been the most troublesome i have ever had, in the very short time i've had it. No one should have to send it for repairs (or hope it's repaired) twice within the first 5 months. I need my laptop everyday especially now working from home. And i've yet to be successful in getting actual help.
