“Can you tell me is there gtx 1650 in the laptop because it is not showing in the laptops anywhere”

• You may need to update through Windows as well as the Nvidia APP itself. You should be able to see the GFX card in dxdiag display 2. You can also tweak the setting in Nvidia control panel once it is opened once through the task panel.
