• Could be in settings that it’s not selected. I had the same issue with my speakers as my monitor was selected for sound output not them.

• Run the "Realtek Audio Control" by using the search function to view the ports. This PC only supports single channel audio via TRS ports. If you are using a headset that has a built in mic(TRRS port) you will need a audio splitter, or a USB dongle for the audio.
