• Only a Single Module. To use dual channel you will need to get a matching 16gb module or replace the existing module with a new matching pair of ddr4 ram modules. If you look at the photo you can see that its only a single 16 gb module.

• Ours came with one single 16gb stick, with 3 empty memory slots "4 total"

• There are 4 ram slots, and only one 16GB stick of DDR4 3200 .
