“If I mod this PC by adding a CPU cooler and fans, would this affect the warranty? Meaning that if I ran into an issue a month later, but have added something to it, can I just take it off and ASUS will still give me a refund? What is the warranty?”

ASUS provides 1 year warranty for the PC, with original parts, that covers hardware repair only, replacement or refund is not provided. ASUS will still honor the warranty as long as no physical or customer induced damage will occur during the hardware modification.
