Yes you can, I installed a liquid cooler before ever turning it on for the first time. I installed this cooler and it works good. CORSAIR - Hydro Series 120mm Radiator CPU Liquid Cooling System - Black

Please try again later.I added my own liquid cooling, it was the Corsair one with the frequently bought together on this pc, it was a pain to figure out how to put it in, but I sure did get it in! So yes it’s possible I added a photo, don’t judge the wiring, I worked with what I had haha!
