There is room to install a second NVMe SSD on the motherboard, though it's poorly placed under the video card. There are also cables included to hook up a SATA SSD if you'd like, but room for one within the case is minimal.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.An m.2 SSD would be your best way to go. There are 2x m.2 slots on the motherboard. It is possible to do a SATA SSD as well, but there is nowhere to mount it without removing the SATA HDD. Even then, the screw holes don't appear to line up very well with a 2.5" drive. As for connectors, there are 6x SATA ports on the motherboard and I saw at least one unusued SATA power connector. I purchased an open-box version so I am not sure what extra cabling might have came with the purchase. It is possible you will need to grab a SATA cable for the connection from the motherboard to the SSD.
