Taking it out won't take too long if you are experienced. If you have never assembled a computer, then maybe go slow and take about 1-2h? There are plenty of youtube tutorials that can give you the general idea. If you're going with water cooling, be aware the MB heat sinks don't leave too much room at the top to clear the radiator.
