Can I install multiple graphic cards? null

Short answer is No. There is not enough room in the case for a second graphics card. And even if you could the power supply is only 500 watts. On top of that I doubt the mother board even has the capability of using a second graphics card anyway. But you might be able to fit like a sound card or WiFi card on the bottom.
