I just purchased this yesterday and added a 2.5” crucial ssd before starting it up for the first time. It’s a little tricky (simple in hindsight). The power cables are hidden behind the door covering the power supply. I suggest watching YouTube video “How to upgrade Asus ROG Strix G15DK”. Helped a ton. There isn’t an actual ssd slot. If you get creative you can find ways to mount it. I didn’t; just connected the cables and left it sort of floating. It tucks nicely behind the panel door and will never move. I now have 1tb and 32gb memory; runs amazing!
