“How can I open this case to upgrade the RAM or storage? I don't see any screws on either side of the case, only the back.”

• Back of unit you have two screws on either side, one 3" from bottom, and one 3" from the top, that hold the sides in place. The sides slide back and out to remove.

• Take out the two screws on the side of the case and then slide the panel off.
