- Answer No you have to access the tower mother board and graphics card by removing transperant cover on side which has plenty room for most upgrades not mention out of the box it can handle whithout any lag on any game or fuction

- Answer That is what I meant when asking the question, you LOST 16 GB ram that you PAID for in the purchase. Instead, I would like to order the 32GB Ram sticks in the build.Also If I wanted to upgrade the video card. It would be the same, I would lose the purchase of the 3060 and have to fork out and additional purchase for say... a 4080 etc, You can buy a custom build at Cyberpower's website etc.
