Yes, but some of the screws to take out the GPU are a pain to get to. Make sure you have a smaller sized phillips screwdriver with a magnetic tip, otherwise you're going to have a lot of problems.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You would also have to highly likely replace the motherboard to be able to do that, which might be difficult as the motherboard is an ITX. Would be better off doing an entirely new build.
