“I have seen two responses on here from ASUS representatives saying this motherboard, specifically the BIOS, may not support an i9 9900k and that it will support an i9 9900k. Which is it? Also, what is the exact name of the motherboard in this machine?”

BIOS support for a 9900K is not guaranteed with this system. It may work, but we cannot guarantee it. The motherboard is a proprietary ASUS Z390 chipset motherboard not available for retail sale.
