How much fans do these pc have. And does it overheat null

1 case fan. 1 CPU fan. 2 on the GPU. The case fan doesn't spin, even when it's hot so I need to look at that. There's some convection with the grill on top, and the GPU is going to suck cool air in because it vents out the back. It doesn't shut down but it runs hot.
