• The screen is a TN ChiMei screen Instead of the normal IPS samsung screen that comes on the other versions. This is a cost cutting version that bestbuy sells. That on top of the useless 5400rpm hard drive made me make the decision to return it.

• I bet it would have to do with the screen mostly. Everything else about it is great, the screen is what really kills it.
