Is the 5060 ti 16gb in the gm700 a OC edition? null

no and in fact it is a 5.0 8 lane card asus removed 8 lanes of the 16 it should have so the card is only a little better than the rtx5060ti with 8gig of mem. if you can find a prebuilt with the unaltered card grab it.
