“I can't seem to figure out how to use the windows key. I press it and it doesn't work. How do I enable it? I checked and asus armoury says the windows key is enabled but i press it and the start menu doesn't appear. I press it with E and no explorer.”

The windows key should always operate accordingly to when you are pressing it. For instance, when in a game and you hit the windows button + G it’ll bring up the Xbox console menu wether in game of not. And hitting the windows button wether in game or not should bring up the windows screen which will allow you to item search the PC itself or the web as well as other functions. If armory crate says it’s active and it still does not function, you should take it to geek squad and have them check it out. I have not had a single issue with this computer and I’m sorry you’re having issues, but if it’s giving you issues, just take it by geek squad or exchange it for another? Hope this helped.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had to hold it down the first time for a couple seconds but after that it works just with a normal touch. In games i was just pressing Alt + Tab to cycle to another app. Hope that helps/fixes it for you!
